Over thirty girls have been attending boot camp and are getting stronger each day. Mr. Charlie has set up diversified practices to help the dancers prepare for Cecchetti, camps and guest artist who will be coming throughout the summer.
These boot camp sessions have been challenging and, of course, produced sore muscles and tired athletes. But as with all sports, natural competition among the girls is developing and the girls are positively pushing each other to be better versions of themselves.
And not to be left out of the fun, Miss Jillian has taken on her own cross training with riding between 15 and 25 miles on her bike daily. She can be seen here stretching with the girls at the end of one session.
To end this particular session, the team lined up to run to the wall and back. Hannah Bonacci summed it up best with, “I feel accomplished!”.
