DDD is super excited to offer the 2nd annual Boot Camp led by Mr. Charlie. We always want to do everything we can to keep our dancers healthy, give them more ability to succeed in all sports they choose (not just dance) and motivate them to be the best they can be.
- Recommended for all dancers who want:

- have more endurance
- benefit their health
- reduce chance of injury*dance safer*use their motivation for dance to take themselves to a new level.
Boot camp classes for ages 12+ are 9:00-10:30 Tuesday thru Thursday Boot camp classes for ages 8-11 are 10:30-11:30 and ONLY 2 days per week on Tuesday and Thursday
What is included in Full Boot Camp:
29 classes for ages 12 +
18 classes for ages 8-11
Boot Camp Tank Top, Boot Camp Water Bottle, All Equipment (some exciting new additions this year), Nutritional information and healthy meal ideas
What is included in Boot Camp Light: 16 classes for 12 + 10 classes for 8-11 Optional boot camp tank top and/or water bottle, All Equipment (some exciting new additions this year), Nutritional information and healthy meal ideas
The ONLY things you need to bring are yourself, your motivation and a good pair of tennis shoes (no converse, crocs).
