Miss Maddy grew up in Alma, Michigan where her love for dance first began. She started dancing at the age of 3 at her family’s studio, DuHadway Dance Dimensions. She trained in a variety of dance styles, including tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary and more. She has attended many dance conferences and also taught classes at her home studio before moving on to dance in college.
Miss Maddy has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Dance at Grand Valley State University. She worked with many guest teachers and choreographers from around the country during her four years dancing in college. She was pleased to receive the Branstrom Fine Arts Scholarship from the Grand Valley Dance Department during her senior year in the program. Miss Maddy is currently pursuing various opportunities in teaching, choreographing and performing. She is excited to be back home and working alongside her family again.
